Our product is brand, new staright out of the manufactuer. Customers are responsable for permits, set backs. Building Site must be ready *level* before crew shows up,. If  site not prep, there will be a restock fee if crew isn't able to install. Cancellations : any security deposits, down payments, or other amounts given are non-refundable.

Our normal lead time for installations are from anywhere from  5-10 business days ( Weather Permitting, any set backs or permits approved) after order is summited and approved by our staff.  All service areas are different so feel free to contact us for better info on installation times.
